Point of Unity

We are a group of neighbors and organizers who are committed to disrupting the operations of all genocide profiteers. We refuse to normalize the development and manufacturing of weapons and military technology in so-called brooklyn. As such, we demand that the Brooklyn Navy Yard Development Corporation (BNYDC) terminate their leases with two of their genocide profiteer tenants, Crye Precision and Easy Aerial, who manufacture drones, tactical gear and other weapons tech for the “israeli” Occupation Forces (IOF).

We are organizing within Lenapehoking lands that have been stolen from their original Indigenous caretakers and occupied by the U.S. Empire for centuries. The movement for Land Back here on Turtle Island and the struggle for Palestinian liberation are deeply intertwined and supportive of one another. The weapons and technology manufactured at the Brooklyn Navy Yard are used to maintain the violent borders drawn up by the U.S. Empire from Turtle Island to Palestine; the same weapons and technology used to uphold the Settler Colonial project of “america” is used by the Zionist Entity of “israel.” Therefore our demand to shut down Easy Aerial and shut down Crye Precision is a demand to end all weapons and technology in service of Empire.

We understand ourselves as situated within a transnational struggle for the liberation of Palestine and of all oppressed peoples resisting colonial and imperial violence. Our ultimate hope and desire is to create a united front under the banners of anti- imperialism and anti-militarism. We believe in organizing the masses and the workers’ liberation from oppressive chains of capitalism. We also believe in establishing a solidarity network among ideologically aligned groups that we can work with to amplify the demands of the campaign.
